We are the largest dairy producer in Chile, contributing nearly 8% of the national total. We operate in the heart of the south, where we transform pasture into top-quality milk through a New Zealand-style free-range grazing model, which includes socio-environmental management that places our people, animal welfare, the environment, and neighboring communities at the center. Our commitment is to produce in a respectful and sustainable way, create development opportunities for those who live and work in southern Chile, and achieve excellence in every operation.
We want to create value in people's lives, generating a positive impact at the social, economic, and environmental levels.
Our mission is to provide opportunities by doing what we are passionate about: producing milk based on free-range grazing with the commitment, strength, and excellence of our people. We have a clear vision; we want to be leaders in sustainable milk production, prioritizing the integral development of people, animal welfare, and environmental care.
The Manuka leader plays a fundamental role as strategic support and direct facilitator for achieving objectives, being the figure who guides and empowers the team. This role is defined by five essential characteristics: they must be an excellent Trainer to ensure capability development, an Inspirer who motivates the team and guarantees quality work, and must be Communicative to convey the vision clearly and constructively.
Finally, their leadership must be All-Terrain and adaptable to any need their team may have, making them an effective Mobilizer who drives others to solve problems and achieve Manuka's goals collaboratively.

Manuka's story begins in 2003, when a group of farmers from New Zealand discovered a unique place in the world in southern Chile. They were captivated by the fertility of its soil, the gentleness of its climate, and a culture deeply rooted in the land. In this setting, they saw the perfect potential to introduce their successful free-range grazing model. That vision became reality in 2005 with the birth of Manuka, the country's largest milk producer.
Inaugurated in 2018 as a benefit for our employees—so they could access dairy products made with the same milk they produce and thus strengthen their sense of belonging—today Emporio Manuka offers a unique selection of artisanal cheeses made exclusively with fresh milk from our cows.
Our animals hold Animal Welfare and Grass-Fed certifications from Certified Humane®, one of the most prestigious animal welfare programs worldwide, guaranteeing ethical treatment and natural pasture-based feeding, which is reflected in Manuka's dairy products under the Laguna Bonita brand, sold at the Emporio.
Our offering is complemented with other products: including a variety of meat cuts, dairy products, and fresh eggs from cage-free hens.
